Personal Transformation
“All transformation is change but not all change is transformation”
The word “transformation” has really become quite a buzzword these days with new “transformational” health, leadership and coaching programs popping up on social media everyday.
We make changes all the time to the way we look, think, feel, and act. All transformation is change but not all change is transformation. Transformation is more about “being” than “doing”.
The focus of the Wildflowers Transformation Program is on self-actualisation, diving deep into an individual’s psyche and asking who that person is and desires to become. We support people to dive below the surface and immerse themselves in self-exploration. Using combined approaches we help them to examine their beliefs, narratives, images, and interpretations about who they are and their purpose and place in this world.
The great transformational question we ask is, “Who do you choose to be?” What makes the therapeutic process transformational is learning and doing what it takes to grow into the embodiment of that choice in being.
When change occurs at the core level of the mind and the person grows significantly at this level, significant shifts in their behaviours, choices, and emotions follow. The “doing” flows from “being”. Over time, real transformation occurs, and the thoughts, attitudes and actions necessary to bring envisioned goals into existence arise organically, as an expression of the fulfilment of purpose.
It is a change that changes everything…
